Using code to set the background in a game

This year we have been designing games using Gamefroot software.  The challenge for  students in round two was to design games based around their current unit of inquiry about the Universe.  They also had to develop their own backgrounds using Photoshop software to manipulate an image which their either drew or created with oil paints floating on water.  Here are some of the examples and images of the process.
